September 28, Fineko/abc.az. On 27 September, President Ilham Aliyev gave an interview to Turkish news agency Anadolu.

ABC.AZ reports that in the interview the head of state told about the Patriotic War.

He noted that we did not waste time and began to act as soon as the war ended, and this showed the strength of our state.

"As money alone is not enough to do this work. We need resources, personnel, a team, technical capabilities, and qualifications. We’ve mobilized all our forces. By the end of the year, we’ll complete the electrical installation work. The entire region will be provided with electricity. The construction of roads is also ongoing," the country’s leader said.
