October 1, Fineko/abc.az. One of the largest holdings in the country, PASHA Holding LLC, has created three new companies - PASHA Malls LLC, PASHA Facility Management LLC and PASHA Management Company LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that all three companies have the same authorized capital – 100 manats and are registered at address: 153 Neftchilar Avenue, Nasimi district of Baku.

The CEO of PASHA Malls LLC and Pasha Facility Management LLC is Samir Mammadov.

The CEO of PASHA Management Company LLC is the head (CEO) of Pasha Holdiq Jalal Gasimov.

Pasha Holding is currently operating in Azerbaijan in such areas as banking (in Turkey and Georgia), insurance, investment (brokerage), travel (tourism), construction, technology and ecosystems.
