President Aliyev: Precisely Serzh Sargsyan and others like him are the losing side of this war

October 4, Fineko/abc.az. The analysis of the war once again shows that the losing side of this war is precisely Serzh Sargsyan and others like him.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev made the above-said statement on 3 October in settlement Sugovushan of Terter district.

The head of state noted that now Sargsyan wants to blame the defeat on Pashinyan.

"Allegedly Pashinyan is to blame. Pashinyan came to power in 2018. How could he create an army in just two years? Or destroy a "strong army"? It was Sergik who created this army. Serjik was the Minister of Defense of Armenia. Serjik was the Prime Minister of Armenia," the Azerbaijani president said.
