October 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Agency for Innovations under the Ministry of Transport, Communications & High Technologies and the U.S. Venture Fund Starta Kapital signed the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of innovations and high technologies.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Agency that the new format of cooperation provides for the implementation of training and acceleration programs for startups, students and venture investors, the commercialization of projects and the creation of a joint venture fund.

The Memorandum was signed by Tural Kerimli, the Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Innovations, and Gabriel Arant, the Director of the Starta Kapital Venture Fund.
