October 11, Fineko/abc.az. A penalty protocol has been drawn up against Azerbaijani food producer Saba for an administrative offense during customs operations.

ABC.AZ reports that the State Customs Committee drew up a protocol against Saba LLC under Article 485.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences and sent it to the Shabran District Court on 31 August 2021.

In accordance with Article 485.2 of the Code in cases established by the Customs Code of Azerbaijan the failure to submit a short import declaration in e-form before the import of goods into the customs territory is fined in the amount of 1,000 manats for officials and 1,500 manats for legal entities.
