Erstebank in Montenegro starts massively blocking payment cards of Russians

The subsidiary branch of Austrian bank Erstebank in Montenegro began on 4 August massively blocking payment cards to customers with Russian citizenship. According to users, the bank forcibly closes the accounts of Russians.
