496 non-residential premises commissioned for past 9 months

October 29, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept of this year 496 non-residential premises and 699 land plots on which enterprises and facilities are located were leased, and 282 lease agreements were extended.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Service for Property Issues that State Budget revenues from privatization amounted to AZN 58.02 million, and the forecast for Jan-Sept 2021 was fulfilled by 78.1%.

The amount of AZN 11.6 million was paid to the budget for the lease of state property, and the annual forecast was met by 105.7%.

Compared with Jan-Sept 2020, State Budget revenues from rent have increased by 43.9%.
