November 1, Fineko/abc.az. The state duty for the confirmation of the contract of sale and mortgage concluded in the form of a mixed contract for residential space purchased at the expense of a mortgage loan has been changed. 

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the proposed amendment to the Law on State Duty discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship. 

In this regard, the state duty increases from 110 to 150 manats in Baku, from 44 to 50 manats in other cities and districts. The amount of the state duty for the approval of the contract of sale and mortgage, concluded in the form of a mixed contract for residential space purchased at the expense of a subsidized mortgage loan envisaged by law, increases from 55 to 60 manats in Baku, from 22 to 25 manats – in other cities and districts.
