Azerbaijan Oil Fund has published income for 2022

November 2, Fineko/abc.az. The budget revenues of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) for the next year are projected to amount to AZN 10.589 bn.

ABC.AZ was informed at SOFAZ that the average annual export price (sale price) of a barrel of oil, which is the basic indicator of SOFAZ’s budget for 2022, is planned to be $50 next year. 

"According to this indicator, the total amount of revenues and expenditures of the Fund's budget for 2022 is projected at AZN 10.589 bn and AZN 12.78 bn, respectively," the Fund said.
According to calculations, as a result, SOFAZ budget deficit of AZN 2.19 bn is expected in 2022.
