President Ilham Aliyev: We have put forward a range of proposals to Armenia

November 4, Fineko/abc.az. We are now in a post-conflict period. We have put forward a number of proposals to Armenia to start working over a peace treaty.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev delivered speech at the opening ceremony of the Global Baku Forum "The World after COVID-19" in Baku. 
"We intend to talk not about war, but about peace, about the future. Unfortunately, this proposal has not yet received a response," the head of state stressed.
