November 4, Fineko/abc.az. Every time at the Global Baku Forum, I raised the issue of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and today I want to declare that this conflict has been resolved. 

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by President Ilham Aliyev, when speaking at the opening of the 7th Global Baku Forum.

The country’s leader said that Azerbaijan had resolved the conflict on its own. 
"Azerbaijan has independently implemented the resolutions adopted by the UN Security Council. Those resolutions demanded the unconditional and immediate withdrawal of Armenian troops from the occupied Azerbaijani territories. Unfortunately, for 27 years those resolutions remained on paper. If Azerbaijan itself had not restored its territorial integrity, those resolutions would have remained on paper for another 27 years," the head of state said.
