November 5, Fineko/abc.az. According to the official exchange rates of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the US dollar exchange rate stayed unchanged at the level 1.7000 manats. The CBA informs that the euro exchange rate decreased by 0.4% to 1.9638 manats, and the exchange rate of the Russian ruble remained unchanged - 0.0237 manats.
