MP: Monopoly of civil servants creates artificial price growth

ABC.AZ reports that delivering speech at the meeting, MP Ali Masimli noted that along with the growth of incomes of the population in 2021, the increase in inflation led to deterioration in the situation of people. He noted that as a result, real incomes of the population have decreased: 
 
"As inflation is about 6%. In 2022, a large social package for AZN 1.4 bn will be realized. The salary will increase by 8%. The budget also stipulates that inflation will reach 4%. However, Elman Rustamov also informed that due to external factors, inflation will be 2.5%, due to internal factors 2.5%, and due to monetary factors 1.3%. This also means inflation of about 6%. As a result of the civil servant monopoly, there is an artificial increase in prices."
