November 18, Fineko/abc.az. An auction for the placement of bonds of Silk Vey Vest Aviaşirkəti (Silk Way West Airline) will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange CJSC.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that despite the fact that by BSE Listing Committee’s decision the bonds for $25 million were included in the listing in the standard market segment, the airline subsequently appealed to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan with a request to reduce the number of bonds by 60%, and this appeal was accepted. 

So, 10,000 interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented registered bonds with nominal value of $1,000 each will be issued from the auction. The securities will be placed by auction at a single price and will be in circulation for 3 years. Their annual yield is 5%. Interests will be paid quarterly. Investment company PASHA Kapital is the underwriter of the process.
