WB intends to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan

November 18, Fineko/abc.az. The expansion of cooperation with the World Bank was discussed in Azerbaijan. 
 
ABC.AZ reports that Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov met with WB Regional Vice President for Europe & Central Asia Anna Bjerde.
 
During the meeting, information was provided on measures taken to diversify the Azerbaijani economy, develop the non-oil sector, encourage investment and further improve the business environment. Ms. Bjerde stressed the Bank's effective cooperation with our country and expressed support for the economic reforms being carried out in Azerbaijan. The parties discussed the state of implementation of joint projects and new areas of cooperation.
