April 17, Fineko/abc.az. A twining project on the proposals for transfer prices and prevention of tax avoiding in Azerbaijan has been launched.

The Taxes Ministry informs that the project is implemented with financial support of the European Union.

"Goal of the project is to study European experience in the field of transfer pricing and administration of practical issues, running and execution of audit of transfer pricing," the Ministyr said.

Following the twining project it is expected to achieve three results – to bring the legislation in the field of transfer pricing up to European standards, creation of mechanisms of transfer pricing regulation and increase of institutional capacity of the Ministry in this area.
