November 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku Stock Exchange has announced interest and nominal payments on mortgage bonds.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that according to the bond issue prospectus with ISIN code AZ2024008685, AZ2025008684, AZ2026008683 issued by the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, on the day of interest payment on these bonds, along with interest payment, payment of a certain part of the residual value at par is provided. According to AMCGF, on 17 November the issuer made another interest payment on bonds with ISIN code AZ2024008685, AZ2025008684, AZ2026008683. 

Thus, since 17 November the amount of the remaining nominal value of these bonds is 700.94 manats. 
In the next interest payment period the 3% interest income will be calculated in the amount of 700.94 manats. During trading on the BSE with bonds AZ2024008685, AZ2025008684, AZ2026008683, it should be taken into account that the base price of the bonds is 700.94 manats.
