Manat exchange rate for 22 November

November 22, Fineko/abc.az. According to the official exchange rates of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the US dollar remains unchanged at the level of 1.7000 manats, the euro rate decreased by 0.7% to 1.9169 manats and the Russian ruble rate by 0.4% to 0.0232 manats.
