Termless conclusion of insurance contract approved

November 25, Fineko/abc.az. Senior officials of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population and the Compulsory Insurers Bureau (CIB) held an online meeting on the new content and form of the “Contract of compulsory insurance against industrial accidents & loss of professional ability to work as a result of occupational diseases.”
 
ABC.AZ was informed at the Central Bank that the participants of the event were informed about the changes made to the CIB information system in accordance with the content and form of the new agreement. According to the approved amendments, the insurance contract is concluded for an indefinite period and serves as a general partnership agreement.
 
The "Annex to the insurance contract" is drawn up for each contractual year, and all changes related to the insured during the contractual year are drawn up in the form of an annex to the contract.
