List of the most affordable universities

November 25, Fineko/abc.az. The lowest tuition fee is in the districts of Azerbaijan, and the highest one is in the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA University) – AZN 10,000, stated Deputy Education Minister Idris Isayev stated at today’s briefing.
 
ABC.AZ reports that the deputy minister noted that this amount is determined by students receiving paid education in each specialty. Students must repay their educational loans within 10 years after graduation. Isayev added that educational student loans have been used in the world since 1960 and are currently practiced in 60 countries.
