A lawsuit filed against Aztikintiyol LLC

December 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azsığorta OJSC has sued Aztikintiyol LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that the reason for the claim was disputes over obligations arising from the insurance contract.

The case is being considered at the Baku Commercial Court under the chairmanship of Judge Sabina Nurieva.

Aztikintiyol LLC was established in 2010 and is distinguished by its proximity to Gilan Holding LLC, which includes Azsığorta. The company is headed by Iranian citizen Manuchehr Ahadpour Hangyah Ali oglu.
