Subsidized loans for AZN 44.6 million given for purchase of social housing

December 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2021 the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund gave subsidized loans for AZN 44.6 million for the sale of 1,063 apartments at the disposal of the State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA), ABC.AZ was informed at AMCGF.

As a whole, since 2018 mortgage loans for AZN 118.1 million have been given to 2,725 people for financing of social housing and ordinary mortgage loans for AZN 1.3 million to 38 people.
