December 7, Fineko/abc.az. Design work has been completed at the enterprises for the production of sulfuric acid and the production of glass containers created in the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Economy that construction and installation work is currently underway. The import of equipment to be used in the production process has begun, and work in this direction is ongoing.

The investment value of the glass container producer enterprise is $12 million, including $7 million already invested in the implementation of the project. 75% of construction & installation work has been fulfilled.

The investment value of the sulfuric acid producer enterprise is $6 million. To date, $2.9 million has already been invested in the project, and 60% of the work has been ended.

In total, it is planned to create more than 200 permanent jobs at the enterprises.
