Azerbaijan records 1,315 new cases of COVID-19 infection

December 9, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 24 hours 1,315 new cases of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) have been detected in Azerbaijan (1,850 recovery and 19 death cases).

According to the Cabinet Ministers Operational Headquarters, the country registered 601,028 cases of coronavirus infection so far (571,088 recovery and 8,038 death cases). The number of active patients is 21,902 people.

For the last 24 hours 11,799 tests have been conducted to detect new cases of COVID-19 infection. The total number of tests since the beginning of the pandemic has reached 5,644,853 tests.
