Oil grows in cost, and Brent is at $76.09 a barrel

December 13, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are increasing in Monday’s trading after a rise following the past week.

By 9:30 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the February Brent crude futures rose by $0.94 (1.25%) up to $76.09 per barrel. Following the trading on 10 December, the price of Brent crude futures for February grew by $0.73 (0.98%) up to $75.15 per barrel.

By 9:30 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for January increased in price by $1.04 (0.23%) up to $72.71 per barrel. Following the trading on 10 December, the price of January WTI oil futures grew by $0.73 (1.03%) up to $71.67 per barrel.

At the end of last week, Brent rose by 7.54% and WTI by 8.20%.
