December 13, Fineko/abc.az. The height of residential premises from floor to ceiling should be at least 2.7 m in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in Standard "Residential buildings. Design standards", endorsed by the Collegiate Organ of the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture.

In addition, according to the document, the height (from floor to ceiling) in the attic floors should be at least 2.7 m. The height of intra-apartment corridors, halls, mezzanines (and their lower parts) should be at least 2.1 m, provided that the safety of people's movement is ensured.

The standard also says that bedrooms in apartments should not be adjacent to others.
