OPEC+ countries cut oil production

December 14, Fineko/abc.az. In November 2021 the OPEC+ countries participating in the oil production reduction agreement increased production by 410,000 b/d, mainly at the expense of OPEC countries, to 37.29 million barrels.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the December report of the International Energy Agency (IEA).

Thus, Saudi Arabia increased oil production by 9.89 million b/d in November against 9.8 million b/d in October. But the kingdom is still fulfilling its goal of reducing oil production by 2% in excess.

Russia produced 9.95 million b/d in November (9.92 million barrels in October), fulfilling the terms of the agreement by 96%.

In November, 10 OPEC member countries fulfilled the plan by 124%, and non-OPEC countries by 101%. The countries participating in the OPEC+ agreement in November implememted the reduction rate by 116%, as well as in October.
