Prices for land plots in Baku have declined

December 16, Fineko/abc.az. The highest demand for land and apartments is observed in the capital of Azerbaijan. MBA Consulting Group has distributed information about prices for land plots in Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that this November the land prices in Baku decreased by 8.78% compared with the previous month and by 16.08% against November 2020. So, last month the average price for a hundred acres of land was 17,220 manats. Experts believe the decline in land prices is of seasonal nature.
