December 20, Fineko/abc.az. The new decrees signed today by President Ilham Aliyev, have increased benefits for persons with disabilities and children with disabilities, as well as for a range of other categories mentioned below.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection that the growth rates of increased benefits over time were announced. Thus, the allowance for children of conscripts three years ago was 68 manats, and since April 2019 it has been increased to 100 manats.

With the new decree, it will amount to 120 manats by the beginning of 2022. Over the past three years this allowance has been increased by 76.5%.

Guardians (trustees) of children who have lost their parents and are left without parental care are paid an allowance from 100 up to 120 manats. Thus, the allowance for these persons will almost double compared with three years earlier (61 manats).
