PM has approved procedure for using an open tender

December 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers endorsed the Procedure for determining the amount, payment and use of fees for participation in purchases conducted through e-procurement using the method of open tender or request for quotations."

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree.

The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy are tasked to solve issues arising from this decision.
