Azerbaijani insurance market has grown this year

December 23, Fineko/abc.az. The insurance premiums for AZN 767.914 million were gathered through 20 insurance companies in Azerbaijan for the past 11 months of 2021 and this indicator is 14.9% more against the same period of 2020, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The compensations paid by insurance companies for the reporting period amounted to AZN 429.849 million (9.8% more than a year earlier).

56 manats of insurance premiums were paid for every 100 manats collected on the insurance market (versus 58.6 manats for Jan-Nov 2020).
