December 28, Fineko/abc.az. A Russian company has privatized an Azerbaijani winery.

ABC.AZ reports that a subsidiary of Russian group of companies Abrau-Durso – AzAbrau LLC - became the winner of the investment competition for the acquisition of governmental stake of Sheki Sharab LLC, announced by the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.

Abrau-Durso Group of Companies, represented by its subsidiary AzAbrau LLC, became the winner of the investment competition for the acquisition of the Sheki Sharab LLC winery in Sheki district of Azerbaijan with capacity of 2.6 million bottles a year. The signing of the purchase & sale agreement between the State Service for Property Issues and Abrau-Durso took place on 27 December.
