ABC.AZ reports that the indicator is 2-fold more than last year. In general, 1,280 apartments have been transferred to citizens to date.

The average age of people using the rental mechanism is 35 years, while more than 70% were young people and young families. At the same time, in order to further simplify and increase the availability of the rental housing mechanism for the population, the processes were somewhat simplified this year, the conditions for assessing income were relaxed, and fixed-income taxpayers were given the opportunity to own housing through the mechanism.
