December 30, Fineko/abc.az. With the support of the Trade Representative Office of the Ministry of Economy in China, company ADY Konteyner (Azerbaijan) has launched new cooperation in this country. Thus, with the support of the Trade Representative Office of the Ministry of Economy in China, company Xian Free Trade Port Construction & Operation Co. was established and an agreement was signed with the company to carry out container transportation along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route. Within the framework of this agreement the delivery of the next container block train from Xi'an to Baku was carried out.

ABC.AZ was informed at Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) that the train was sent from China on 6 December. The containers were delivered to Baku by the Garadag feeder vessel of the Caspian Shipping Company.

Within the agreement the regular container shipments from China to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey will be carried out during 2022.
