January 5, Fineko/abc.az. In 2021, the banks gave 5,270 mortgage loans in the amount of AZN 354.4 million in Azerbaijan through the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund.

ABC.AZ informs that the volume of loans given for the reported term increased by 41.5% compared with 2020, and their number by 46.3%.

The total amount of the guaranteed loans decreased 9.3 times last year and amounted to AZN 17.378 million.

In December alone, 373 mortgages for AZN 28.317 million were given through the MCGF. This is 24.2% more than in November, and in quantitative terms - by 20.3%. The total amount of guaranteed loans reached AZN 13.4 million (119.6-fold more in the monthly comparison).
