Property for over AZN 101 million seized

January 10, Fineko/abc.az. "The investigation of 301 criminal cases against 492 persons who committed corruption offenses was completed and transferred to the court in 2021," ABC.AZ reports with reference to the operational meeting at the Prosecutor General's Office.

Compensation for damage in the amount of AZN 39.224 million was provided, and in addition, property in the amount of AZN 101.37 million was seized. Persons released from criminal liability in accordance with the current legislation paid an additional AZN 2.195 million to the State Budget.
