January 10, Fineko/abc.az. An open auction for the sale of another real estate object located on the balance sheet of Bank Standard CJSC (under liquidation) will take place at the Baku Auction Center on 26 January.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Center, the property consists of a 1-storey, 4-room, residential plot with an area of 70.2 sq m and an auxiliary plot with an area of 27.1 sq m (with total area of 0.0427 ha) on Abbas Abbaszade Street in the city of Ganja, Nizami district.

The initial sale price of real estate is 150,000 manats.

A down payment of 5% of the sale price must be paid to the organization. The purchase price must be paid to the customer's account within 7 calendar days.
