January 13, Fineko/abc.az. Yesterday, the Azerbaijan National TV & Radio Broadcasting Council announced a competition for the opening of a nationwide radio channel (frequency 107.0 MHz on the territory of Baku and the Absheron Peninsula).

ABC.AZ reports that the Council declared the terms of the competition for the opening of the new radio channel.

So, the following entities will not be allowed to participate in the competition:

- persons who are not citizens of Azerbaijan;

- legal entities in which foreign individuals or legal entities have authorized capital equity stake;

- persons previously convicted of serious or especially grave crimes, as well as crimes against public morality, as well as persons with an outstanding criminal record;

- persons whose incapacity or limitation of legal capacity was confirmed by court;

- political parties;

- religious organizations.
