Oil drops in value, and Brent is at $84.42 a barrel

January 14, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are declining in Friday’s trading.

By 9:21 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the March’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.05 (0.06%) to $84.42 per barrel. Following the trading on 13 January, the price of Brent crude futures for March decreased by $0.20 (0.24%) to $84.47 per barrel.

By 9:22 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for February fell in price by $0.24 (0.29%) to $81.88 per barrel. Following the trading on 13 January, the price of February’s WTI oil futures declined by $0.52 (0.63%) to $82.12 per barrel.
