January 24, Fineko/abc.az. "The process of confiscation of property belonging to the accused persons and located in foreign countries has begun."

ABC.AZ reports that Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev stated about this at an expanded meeting of the Board of the Prosecutor General's Office dedicated to the results of the past year.

He noted that as a result of the measures taken last year to identify and track assets in the field of special confiscation, 227 real estate objects, 83 land plots, 314 transport vehicles, 51 card accounts and 22 settlement accounts in various banks belonging to the accused were established. In fact, 109 vehicles and 12 real estate objects belonging to the accused were found.

"The necessary measures have also been taken to confiscate property located abroad," the prosecutor general said.
