Apartments of Standard Insurance to be put up for re-auction

January 24, Fineko/abc.az. After the reconstruction carried out by the liquidation commission of insurance company Standard Insurance, which is in the process of liquidation, the combined 4 apartments will be put up for re-open auction at total sale price 25% lower, 862,500 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that the auction will be held by Real Estate Auction Center LLC on 28 January 2022 at 11 am (in order of priority) at the address: Baku city, Yasamal district, M. Ranimaya Str., 4A.

For participation in the auction, the deposit must be paid in the amount of 1% of the sale price, that is, 8,625 manats.
