This year, medicines not to be covered by CHI

January 26, Fineko/abc.az. “In 2022, prescription drugs are not planned to be reimbursed through compulsory health insurance."

This was stated by Aynura Ahmedova, the head of the Marketing & Public Relations Department of the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance, in her speech on the topic "Rules for issuing parcels to private medical institutions".

She said that all medicines in emergency and emergency care are reimbursed by insurance: "Even with inpatient treatment, not all medicines are reimbursed under compulsory health insurance.

If there are minor interventions on an outpatient basis, then medical expenses are covered by insurance."
