Economy Minister: Output for AZN 2.4 bn produced in industrial zones of Azerbaijan for 2021

January 27, Fineko/abc.az. In 2021, the share of industrial zones in non-oil industrial production grew up to 15.5%, and their share in the growth of non-oil industrial production made up 30%.

ABC.AZ reports that this was announced by Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov.

He noted that industrial zones play an important role in economic diversification, especially in the development of the oil industry.

"In 2021, products for AZN 2.4 bn were manufactured in the industrial zones of Azerbaijan (88.3% more versus 2020)," Jabbarov emphasized.
