Kapital Bank shareholders to hold a general meeting

January 28, Fineko/abc.az. The next general meeting of shareholders of Kapital Bank will be held at 11 am on 14 March.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will take place in the administrative building of the bank's main office at the address: Baku city, Sabail district, Badamdar settlement, Mikail Mushfiga Street, 2E.

The meeting agenda includes approval of Kapital Bank’s financial statements for 2021, payment of dividends to shareholders, consideration of the regulations and composition of the bank’s Supervisory Board, approval of KB charter, the provisions of the meeting in a new edition, and other issues.
