February 1, Fineko/abc.az. Today, the parliamentarians discussed in the 1st reading the amendments to the Law on Road Traffic and the Code of Administrative Offenses.

ABC.AZ reports that during the discussion MP Rufat Guliyev sharply criticized the Baku Transport Agency (BNA). He blamed BNA for the lack of a concept.

"After all, this is not a fiscal authority. BNA’s employees are running along the road, taking pictures of incorrectly parked cars. As far as I know, the head of BNA is sitting here. The BNA management should prepare the concept of the structure as soon as possible. The issue can be resolved in a normal way," Guliyev said.

In his turn, MP Gudrat Gasanguliyev positively assessed the work of BNA, while adding that the condition of roads in the regions is very bad, there are problems with road lighting.
