Pasha Bank to transfer 90% of banking transactions to non-cash form

May 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani commercial Pasha Bank, specializing mainly on corporate clients, plans to expand its digital services.

At today’s news conference PB chairman of board Taleh Kazimov stated that 90% of their transactions will be carried out in cashless form until 2020 and only 10% will remain in cash form.

"As part of its activity, the Bank is also broadening its branch network and will open two new branches, one of which will open soon. As for the second one, we expect to receive a license for it and plan its opening in Baku by the end of 2018. Both branches will render advisory services to clients as well," Kazimov said.

He added that the number of Bank’s corporate customers increased up to 5,000, and operations on this segment grew by 70%.
