Antimonopoly Supervision Service initiates a case against Azerbaijan Railways

March 10, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Antimonopoly Supervision & Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan conducted investigated the compliance with the requirements of antimonopoly legislation in the provision of services through railways.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Service that as a result of the investigation, they initiated a case against Azerbaijan Railways on the grounds of violation of antimonopoly legislation regarding the leasing of wagons, railway transportation, as well as the application of tariffs and benefits.
