March 16, Fineko/abc.az. The number of recipients of age benefits as of 1 January 2022 is 113,600 (as of 1 January 2021 – 100,200 people), persons with disabilities older than 18 years of disability – 150,300 (respectively 182,500) people, in case of loss of breadwinner – 54,300 (49,200) people, the number of children under the age of 18 receiving benefits due to disabilities was 55,800 (52,700) people, and the number of recipients of other types of benefits was 22,900 (27,200) people.

At that, ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that 216 guardians of children who lost their parents and were left without parental care, 6,800 families of various categories of persons were paid monthly allowance for 10,800 children, 2,400 women with more than five children - for 9,500 children, and 319 persons injured as a result of labor injury or occupational disease - compensations.
