April 6, Fineko/abc.az. It was reported that the territory called “New Bus Station" in Guba has been put up for sale.

ABC.AZ reports that the announcement of the sale was posted on social networks.

The publication says that the land plot, the approximate area of which is 1 hectare, has an agricultural purpose. The author of the ad Hamid Mirzoev noted that the price of the property put up for sale by him is 600,000 manats. He also added that the documents for the property are in full order: "Currently, this territory is leased for a bus station, as soon as the territory is sold, the bus station will be transferred from there."

In turn, the director of the Guba bus station, Fikret Yunusov, said that the announcement of the sale of the bus station does not correspond to reality: "Yes, the territory of the bus station is really leased by us. But no one is selling this territory. The bus station is not being moved anywhere, it continues its activities."
