April 7, Fineko/abc.az. Real estate expert Nusrat Ibragimov informs that over the past month the real estate market in the regions grew by 3.4%.

ABC.AZ reports that the cost of a square meter of housing ranges from 300 to 1,000 manats. In remote centers, the cost per sq m starts from 350 manats. In Sumgait, 1 sq m is in the range of 1,000 – 1,100 manats. In Ganja, 1 sq m costs from 1,000 to 1,050 manats, and in Nakhchivan, the price per sq m is 950 manats. In Guba-Gabala-Khachmaz district, the cost per sq m is about 600 manats. In other districts, the cost of 1 sq m of housing starts from 600 manats.

The expert noted that the study was not conducted on which area is the most expensive real estate in the region: “The prices of country houses are 8-10% more expensive in the summer months than in winter. In the summer months, the most expensive houses are located in Mardakan, Buzovna and Bilgah. The monthly rent increases to 5,000 manats. And in the districts, the rent rises from 250 to 1,000 manats.”
